  • Theresa's Peanut Butter Cacao Smoothie Recipe:

    She makes this filling smoothie when she is looking for a hearty snack which has healthy fats, proteins, potassium, magnesium, and iron. Add items in the following order, blend in a powerful blender such as Blendtec (Theresa loves her's!) or VitaMix, and enjoy!
