  • Time to get your move on and start the week feeling great! This high-intensity workout has it all: PWR!Moves™, vigorous intensity cardio, brain training, strength, and flexibility! You will need an exercise mat and a chair. Light hand weights optional.

    Our Ask: Participants are able to walk safely for 25 minutes without stopping and without assistive device (cane, walker, etc); Participants are able to get safely down/up from the floor by themselves (holding onto chair OK!); Participants are able to tolerate vigorous intensity exercise. Please check with your physician or physical therapist before joining this high-intensity exercise class.

  • This is a moderate intensity fitness class featuring the classic PWR!Moves™ positions (back, stomach, hands & knees, sitting, standing), bonus positions (ex. plank, crab), and brain training challenges. You will need an exercise mat and a chair. Yoga blocks optional.

    Our Ask: Participants are able to walk at least 15 minutes safely without stopping; Participants can get safely down/up from the floor by themselves (holding onto chair OK!)

  • If it ain't broke, don't fix it! This is a moderate intensity PWR!Moves™ class featuring all 5 classic PWR!Moves™ positions (back, stomach, hands & knees, sitting, standing). You will need an exercise mat and a chair (yoga blocks optional). This class is offered FREE in partnership with our local Adaptive Physical Education organization.

    Our Ask: Participants are able to get safely down/up from the floor by themselves (holding onto chair OK!)
