  • Time to get your move on and start the week feeling great! This workout has it all: PWR!Moves™, low impact cardio, strength, and flexibility! You will need an exercise mat and a chair. Light hand weights optional.

    Our Ask: Participants are able to walk safely for 20 minutes without stopping and without assistive device (cane, walker, etc); Participants are able to get safely down/up from the floor by themselves (holding onto chair OK!)

  • If it ain't broke, don't fix it! This is a PWR!Moves™ class featuring all 5 PWR!Moves™ positions (back, stomach, hands & knees, sitting, standing). You will need an exercise mat and a chair.

    Our Ask: Participants are able to get safely down/up from the floor by themselves (holding onto chair OK!)

  • If it ain't broke, don't fix it! This is PWR!Moves™ class featuring all 5 PWR!Moves™ positions (back, stomach, hands & knees, sitting, standing). You will need an exercise mat and a chair. This class is offered in partnership with our local Adaptive Physical Education organization.

    Our Ask: Participants are able to get safely down/up from the floor by themselves (holding onto chair OK!)
